The Truth About Aging: It's Not What You Think with Dr. Charlotte Yeh, MD, FACEP, Thought Leader and Change Agent for Healthy Aging

Let's reimagine aging, not as a stage of decline, but as a time of thriving, purpose, and endless possibilities. In a world that often views growing older through a lens of limitations, how can we shift the narrative to one of strength, resilience, and connection?

Joining us is Dr. Charlotte Yeh, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare and a passionate advocate for vibrant aging. With over 30 years of experience—as a board-certified emergency physician to shaping policy as Chief Medical Officer at AARP—Charlotte now serves as Chief Experience Officer at Cherish and leads Yeh Innovation, helping organizations center care around people, not just systems. She brings deep insights into emotional well-being, resilience, and healthcare innovation, and has been honored as one of Modern Healthcare’s 50 Most Influential Clinical Executives. Dr. Yeh’s mission is clear: to help us all age with intention, compassion, and possibility.

Aging is something we all face, but the way we navigate it can change everything. Today, we’re exploring how purpose, motion, and meaningful relationships can transform the aging experience for individuals and their families. We’ll discuss the power of combating loneliness, the role of technology in measuring what matters, and how we can thrive—mentally, spiritually, and physically—as we age.
